We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the annual ISCARSAH event in Romania, a remarkable three-day gathering that brought together top experts from around the globe. The event, which included the prestigious “Historical Structures Worldwide” conference, hosted 120 participants, including over 30 ISCARSAH specialists from 21 countries across all five continents, offering a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge and expertise in the analysis and restoration of heritage structures.

🔹 September 25: The annual ISCARSAH meeting took place at Peleș Castle in Sinaia, inside the stunning Concert Hall, a national treasure of Romania. ISCARSAH members also enjoyed an exclusive historical tour of the castle, deepening their understanding of Romania’s rich cultural heritage.
🔹 September 26: The highlight of the event, the Historical Structures Worldwide conference, held in Bucharest, was a tremendous success. With engaging presentations by ISCARSAH members and a full audience of over 120 professionals and cultural heritage specialists, the discussions underscored the importance of global cooperation in advancing the restoration of historic structures.
🔹 September 27: To conclude, ISCARSAH members visited the Village Museum in Bucharest, the largest open-air museum in Europe. This visit offered a unique opportunity to explore Romania’s extensive architectural heritage in a natural, open-air setting.
